Scope
These terms govern the use of mach2brokers.com and the brokerage services provided by Mach 2 Brokers, a division of Merydian Tech LLC.
Broker / agent clause
Mach 2 Brokers acts solely as an agent/broker on behalf of its clients and does not own or operate aircraft. All flights are operated by duly licensed air carriers holding a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC), which retain full operational control, including decisions on safety, routing and cancellation.
Quotes and bookings
Quotes are valid for the period stated and subject to aircraft and slot availability at the time of confirmation. A booking is confirmed once the charter agreement is signed and payment terms are met.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due in full before departure. Taxes, handling and fees are stated in the quote.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms follow those of the operating carrier and are disclosed before confirmation.
Liability
Liability for carriage rests with the operating air carrier under applicable conventions and its own conditions of carriage.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law stated in the applicable service agreement.
